Guwahati: Specially Abled HSLC Topper Receives TV from Kamrup Administration
GUWAHATI: On the occasion of International Day of Disabled Persons, the Kamrup (Metropolitan) District Administration conferred the 'Prerona' award to one Loknath Chand.
Loknath Chand, a student of Gumoria Pothar High School, was presented with a smart TV and a certificate by Biswajit Pegu, DC Kamrup at his office on 3rd December.
Chand passed his High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examination this year with a letter mar
k in Hindi, the highest secured by a student with a disability.
