Indian Army sights ‘Yeti’ footprints, tweets images
GUWAHATI: The Indian Army's mountaineering expedition team have claimed to have discovered the footprint of the mythical creature, Yeti in the freezing Himalayan range.
The Indian Army Tweeted the gigantic footprint images that its team took at the icy height. The footprint measured 32x15 inches.

The image was taken by the army on April 9, close to Makalu Base Camp.
The Army’s post attracted a lot of reactions on Twitter, with ‘Yeti’ becoming one of the top trending search topics.
The legend of Yeti, or ‘Abominable Snowman,’ dates back to the 1920s. According to the fable, the ape-like creature roams in the Himalayan region but has never been spotted, and there is no evidence of it.
