SEBA, AHSEC to Declare Results by June End
GUWAHATI: Amid the nationwide lockdown, the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) and Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) is preparing to declare the HSLC results by June End.
Mark sheets will be given digitally only and students can take admission on the basis of the digital marksheet, stated education minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Speaking to media, the SEBA chairman, R. C. Jain, said that the evaluation of answer scripts has been completed and these have been brought back to the board’s office in a phased manner.
Owing to the lockdown, the assam government is planning to save the academic year of the students by extending the academic year till 31st March this year. However, the government has sought suggestions on this regard from academicians.
