Assam Boy Recognised By Assam Book of Records for Making Smallest Rang Ghar

GUWAHATI: An artist from Assam, Manash Protim Gogoi, has made it to the Assam Book of Records (ABR) for making the smallest Rang Ghar on a chalk pencil. 

Gogoi made the structure on a chalk pencil within five hours. The structure was of size: length 1.55 × breadth 0.60 × height 1.00 cm. 



The 23-year-old who hails from Naharkatia, Dibrugarh has passed his graduation in mechanical engineering from Jorhat Engineering College.

The Assam Book of Records announced Gogoi’s achievement on its website. 

ABR appreciated his creativity and honoured him with the State Record certificate.



Earlier, Gogoi had also made several structures using colour pencils, pencils, and chalk. 

Exclusively speaking to G Plus, Gogoi said, “I feel very good that people of Assam have recognised my art. The recognition and appreciation of people on the internet have been highly motivating.”
