BJP starts #5YearChallenge on Twitter showcasing its Achievements
GUWAHATI: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on January 18 launched a #5YearChallenge twitter campaign following on the footsteps of the popular #10YearChallenge.
The campaign promotes the party’s achievements during its tenure, and party leaders, along with national and state BJP Twitter accounts, posted cartoons and visuals to emphasize the Modi-led government’s initiatives towards success. This is being done ahead of the Lok Sabha polls, which are less than six months away.
Some of the visuals and cartoons included the building of Bogibeel bridge, the National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG), Beti Bachao, the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and other infrastructure developments.
Following this, they also launched a similar challenge on Twitter that highlighted the Congress Party’s shortcomings and scams, such as the National Herald and Bofors scam among others.
