CM Sonowal Hits the Streets of Delhi to Campaign for BJP
GUWAHATI: Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal reached Delhi today, February 4, to campaign for the upcoming Delhi assembly elections.
According to reports, CM Sonowal was hosting rallies and held roadshows at several places in the national capital to promote BJP and its respective candidates.
Along with CM Sonowal, two other chief ministers from the northeast including Tripura and Manipur CMs will join the massive campaign for BJP in Delhi.
It is said that ma
ny MPs from the northeast and senior BJP leaders would also campaign for the saffron party’s candidates contesting the February 8 assembly polls.
The election for Delhi Assembly is scheduled to be held on February 8 while the counting of votes will take place on February 11.
