Guwahati: Two arrested on Rape Charges

GUWAHATI: Two men were arrested by the city police on Thursday on the charges of raping minor girls in Guwahati.

The two men were arrested in two separate rape cases which were registered in the Satgaon police station.

In one of the cases, Hari Charan Narzary from Kalyankuchi area was arrested after an FIR was lodged on March 1 by the victim’s family and relatives.

Further, in the second case which was reported on March 13 at Satgaon police station, the police arrested Rahim Ali from Napara.
