Opening up of wine shops at 11.00 am under government directive was not enough. Now compensation for drunkards who were going to die sooner or later. What a motivation propaganda, only to woo tea tribes? Nab the culprits selling the hooch, district administration knows them in and out, if you have any guts Mr CM.
